This unique and beautiful example of a Marsh & Co. Ring designed by George Turner Marsh out of San Francisco. This ring in particular is one of the more extravagant styles we have seen from Marsh & Co, with larger diamonds and more pearls. Apparently one of jewelers working for him used to be a gunsmith and used a similar technique for bluing gun barrels to achieve the oxidizing on the ring itself, which became a signature of many of Marsh & Co designs. The 10 diamonds are bezel set in Platinum on either side of a row of 6mm Pink/white pearls. This statement ring is a bit on the heavier side weighing in at 1ox (31.1grams), this ring is definitely an icebreaker, both literally and figuratively and you will not see another like this. This company was founded in 1876 closed its doors in 2001.
